CupCenter Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to CupCenter for iOS and Android (bundle/package: com.lumespec.cupcenter).

1. No Account Requirement

CupCenter does not require account registration or login. We do not ask for name, email address, phone number, contacts, or profile data to use core app features.

2. Data Processed by Services

Third-party services used by CupCenter may process limited technical data such as app usage events, device/app metadata, advertising identifiers (for ads), and push notification tokens (if notifications are enabled).

3. Third-Party Providers

CupCenter uses Google AdMob (ads), Firebase Analytics (usage analytics), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and our backend hosting providers for core app operation.

4. How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide match features, send optional push alerts, improve app stability/performance, and serve ads.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors necessary to operate CupCenter or when required by law.

6. Data Not Collected by CupCenter

CupCenter does not request direct access to precise location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photo library for normal app use.

7. Children’s Privacy

CupCenter is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Your Choices

You can disable push notifications in app/device settings and control ad personalization from device privacy settings.
